Paris

Couple photography in the city of light

The city is still grey and quiet. A bakery opens, a bicycle passes, and the Eiffel Tower emerges from the morning mist.

You do not need to do anything. Just walk together through a city that seems made for falling in love.

This is the moment we came here to keep.

Why Paris

The most romantic city, without the clichés

Bridges over the Seine, wrought-iron balconies, cafés with wicker chairs. Paris has its own elegance, quiet and timeless.

The great landmarks are there, but the magic often hides in the small things: a kiss on a staircase in Montmartre, a laugh on a bridge. That is what we look for.

It is the perfect place for an after-wedding session a few days after the wedding, for a pre-wedding shoot before the big day, or for an elopement just for the two of you.

The light

Three moments of the day, three different stories

Parisian light is soft and silvery, often filtered through clouds. It flatters faces and gives images a cinematic atmosphere.

Sunrise

The Tower

The Trocadéro and the bridges without people, the Tower in the first pink light.

Morning

The neighbourhoods

Montmartre, gardens and courtyards. Quiet corners full of character.

Sunset

The Seine

Golden light on the quays and the first city lights coming on.

The places

Where we photograph

We plan the route together, depending on the light, the weather and how much you want to walk.

  • TrocadéroThe classic view of the Eiffel Tower, ideal at sunrise.
  • Bir-Hakeim BridgeIron arches and the Tower in the background.
  • Pont Alexandre IIIGolden statues and lamp posts above the river.
  • The LouvreThe courtyard with the pyramid, geometric and elegant.
  • MontmartreStaircases, small cafés and views over the city.
  • Palais RoyalColumns, gardens and quiet arcades.

Before you travel

Seasons, timing and what to wear

When to come

Spring brings trees in blossom and soft light, autumn golden leaves in the gardens. In summer the days are long and the city lively, while winter has a quiet, atmospheric beauty.

The time that matters

For the Tower and the bridges we start at sunrise. Later the city fills up, and that is when we head to the neighbourhoods.

Styling

Paris loves understated elegance: a midi dress, a trench coat, a good jacket. Neutrals, black and white blend perfectly with the stone and the grey sky.

The experience with us

We know Paris early in the morning

We have photographed here in every season. We know which bridge empties first, where the sun stands above the Seine and where to go if it rains. So you live your walk, and we take care of the rest.

  1. Before the tripWe talk about dates, styling and the kind of images that move you. We plan the route together.
  2. The Tower at sunriseWe start in the dark to find the Trocadéro and the bridges empty.
  3. The neighbourhoodsWalking, quiet moments, a few gentle directions. We do not stage poses; we let you be together.
  4. A coffeeA break in a bistro, and perhaps some of the most genuine images of the day.
  5. Sunset on the riverGolden light on the Seine and the city lighting up around you.

Frequently asked questions

What if it rains?

In Paris rain is no obstacle. An umbrella, wet cobbles and reflected lights give some of the most atmospheric images. If needed, we adapt the route.

Will it be crowded at the Tower?

In the first hours after sunrise the Trocadéro and the bridges are almost empty.

Do you travel from Greece for the shoot?

Yes. We travel with you or meet you there. Travel and accommodation costs are discussed from the start, so you know the full amount before you book.

Can we also have a film?

Yes, the photography can be combined with a wedding film. See examples on our Films page.

How early should we book?

The earlier the better, especially for the most popular seasons. Tell us your dates and we will let you know our availability.
